FIRMS Conference 2022

The 8th FIRMS Network Conference was held online 5-7 October 2022. In addition to livestream sessions, the conference featured oral and poster presentations. It was facilitated with the help of The Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences (CSFS).

Proceedings from the conference have been published as a special issue of the journal Science & Justice. The included articles are listed online (https://www.sciencedirect.com/special-issue/10FFFBP3HNT). Guest Editors for the special issue were Chair Helen Salouros and Director Jim Carter. In an editorial, they thanked CSFS for hosting the virtual meeting in 2022 and the staff at Science & Justice for their help with the publishing process. That appreciation is echoed again here. Thanks also to all the authors who contributed articles to the proceedings.
